Teigwarenfabrick, befindet sich in der Via dei Pastai, die man ueber die Hauptstrasse, Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi, erreicht. Dieser Stadtteil wurde "TRUGLIO" genannt und das aus dem Arabischen stammende Wort bezeichnete die Mischung aus Wasser und Mehl in den Zubereitungsbecken. Dank dem alten Bestimmungszweck liegt das Hotel in einem frischen trockenen Ort, mitten in der Stadt, nur wenige Meter vom arabisch-normannischen Dom entfernt, der von seiner imposanten Treppe den gleichnaemigen Platz beherrscht.
